EVALUATION - Question Three

What have you learnt from your audience feedback?

We made a questionaire to ask people what they thought of our music video.

All of the people we asked agreed to liking our video. This is extremely positive feedback and could not have asked for better.

We also asked them what thier favourite part of the video was and they all came up with different answers.  This is a good thing as it shows that there are lots of positive parts in the video, and not just one main aspect.

When asked if the video is good enough to be put on the music channel half agreed. The other half chose 'depends what channel'. For this question we should have been more specific as it would be good to know what channel they would expect to see it on.

When we asked our audience if they saw any similarities between our video they chose 'jessi j's nobodys perfect' and 'bombay bicycle club'. The jessie ' song was chosen for its randomness and wierd things.

We was influenced by the bicycle in 'bombay bicycle clubs' video 'shuffle'.

Overall the comments made on our music video were extremely positive and we also learnt that if we made improvents we could have slowed down the editing, and added more of a storyline and colour. If we made another music video we would know not to make all the editing as fast to the audeince could not get confused, do more colour editing and add more of a story to the song to give the audience more of an interest.

We did not think our questionaire was detailed enough so we then decided to follow it up with a video of our audience feedback.

Here are some wordles relating to our video feedback revealing our findings...

What did you like?

Whats your favourite part?

What would you change?

A member of our group posted our video on facebook and here is the feedback given....
